DiCaprio invested millions into turning this project into a luxurious eco-resort that hosts 36 residential homes and 36 villas (all rumored to be sold at around $5 million each). The construction is nearly done and everything was constructed using local materials and powered by solar panels. Going green all the way, all vehicles on the island will use clean energy and only reusable water bottles will be sold. The food will also be locally produced and organic.
