Queen Latifah – New Jersey, About $2.3 Million

Queen Latifah is a much-loved and well-recognized rapper. The first home she purchased was a luxury house that was built in 2001. The place was offered for sale for $2.4 million later, and the 7,000 square feet of opulence is nestled on nine acres of beautiful land that is surrounded by lovely estates and equestrian farms.

In 2014, the price dropped mid-year to $2.35 million, though the buyer actually ended up closing the deal for less than that. The eye-catcher is an Olympic-sized pool that is actually heated! Latifah has $60 million in her savings account in 2018 to splurge on another luxury home for herself!

Matthew McConaughey – Austin, $4 Million

Matthew McConaughey sure made it big throughout his now almost thirty years in the entertainment biz. He rose to fame in Confused and was subsequently in many quintessential projects like Magic Mike, The Wolf of Wall Street, Dallas Buyers Club, True Detective, Interstellar, and more.

Despite the rumors, Dennis Quaid couldn’t let go of his enormous Montana Ranch and we can’t say we blame him. The ranch is about 418 acres of land, located in Southwest Montana, and comes with ponds, fishing sources, riding trails, 4 guest houses, horse stables, and 3 Garages.

Joel Osteen – $10.5 Million, River Oaks

Bestselling author and senior pastor of Lakewood Church Joel Osteen is known for both his gleaming smile and a $10.5 home 17,000-square-foot stone mansion in River Oaks. The Osteen family moved from a $2.9 million house in Tanglewood to this six bedroom mansion in 2010. It comes complete with six bathrooms, three elevators and five fireplaces and a one-bedroom guest house along with a pool house. A home this luxurious costs at least $260,000 in property taxes in the year of its purchase, and thousands of dollars in maintenance – but it certainly doesn’t seem like the millionaire pastor is short in cash, as he is estimated to be worth at least $40 million.
