Bob Barker – Los Angeles

Bob Barker became famous during the ’50s as the host of the hit show Truth or Consequences. His fame and fortunes continued to rise all the way into the ’70s when hosted the – now iconic – game show, The Price Is Right. He invested part of his wealth in some prime real estate property in Los Angeles (which is quite solid as far as investments go) and although we don’t know exactly how much this cost him, it can’t have been cheap.

Ryan Seacrest – $11 Million, Hollywood Hills

When he is not auditioning talent for American Idol or presiding an Emmy broadcast, Ryan Seacrest is relaxing in his sprawling Mediterranean-themed mansion dubbed Casa di Paca. The house of peace features a 4,500-bottle wine cellar and a living room, with its 17-foot vaulted ceilings and ornate stone fireplace. With $350 million in his bank account, Seacrest doesn’t have to be bothered with things like home insurance, mortgages, or loans.

Christina Aguilera – $13.5 Million, L.A.

The pop diva is known for her love for home makeovers (if you remember how she completely transformed Ozzy Osborne’s house) and her LA mansion has been featured in some major design magazines. Aguilera is known for her eclectic (and some may say eccentric) taste and each room in her 11,000 square-foot, $13.5 Million pet-project features rooms in every color and style including a game room for her and her kids that has arcade games and pinball machines, personal recording studio and every girl’s dream: a walk-in closet-room and a wall filled with hundreds of designer shoes.

Conan O’Brien – $9.25 Million, L.A.

American Talk show host Conan O’Brien proves that…well, talk is not cheap. It turns out that the former Saturday Night Live host is raking in a lot of earnings to afford a massive estate in Pacific Palisades. And get this, he went even further and bought the lot next door to extend his property. With a $10-million contract to host his show on TBS, he can get away with a few more exorbitant purchases without fear of bankruptcy. Do you still think that talk is cheap?

Gwen Stefani – $35 Million, Beverly Hills

This 35-million property was a long way off from being a happy home to celebrity couple Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale – but even an ugly divorce cannot dull its shine. The 12,000-square-foot estate boasts seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms with a stunning interior black and white striped tiling and a black marble fireplace that stretches from ceiling to floor. A bonus outdoor living room offers views of both the mountains and the city – and if you had enough money to make the purchase, we would say – do it!
