The main house is 20,000 square foot and offers anything and everything a family wants or needs. The house is surrounded by hiking and riding trails (and of course stables for the horses).

Queen Latifah is a much-loved and well-recognized rapper. The first home she purchased was a luxury house that was built in 2001. Bestselling author and senior pastor of Lakewood Church Joel Osteen is known for both his gleaming smile and a $10.5 home 17,000-square-foot stone mansion in River Oaks. The Osteen family moved from a $2.9 million house in Tanglewood to this six bedroom mansion in 2010. It comes complete with six bathrooms, three elevators and five fireplaces and a one-bedroom guest house along with a pool house. A home this luxurious costs at least $260,000 in property taxes in the year of its purchase, and thousands of dollars in maintenance – but it certainly doesn’t seem like the millionaire pastor is short in cash, as he is estimated to be worth at least $40 million. Billy Joel may have sold one property to Jerry Seinfeld, but he is still living a life in luxury. The famous musician also sold this posh home from the photo above, located in La Gorce Island, Miami Beach, Florida, for $14M to a billionaire from Italy.

After this, Tilly moved to another Florida home, but its also listed since 2015 and is now selling for $16.9M.

Dwyane Wade is cherished as an American NBA superstar. He played for Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Chicago Bulls. Wade moved in his Sherman Oaks house with his wife in 2001. The beautifully designed mansion covers up to 8,650 square feet of area.

Being the new owner of the Warner Estate in Beverly Hills is just an addition to his $500M real estate portfolio. Hence, the 165 million dollar home doesn’t sound as surprising now that it’s his. The property includes a 13,600 square foot mansion, a pool, two guest houses, and a tennis court.

Josh Hutcherson – Hollywood Hills, $2.5 Million

Josh Hutcherson earned high acclaim for playing one of the lead roles in The Hunger Games films. He bought this 1,821 square feet “treehouse” in Hollywood Hills. The two-bedroom mansion has a barbecue space, movie lounge, and, most importantly, a safe neighborhood.

Another The Hunger Games star who is not going broke anytime soon is Liam Hemsworth. He splashed a staggering $6.8 million on this 1,980 square feet Malibu pad just a few years ago. However, the house burned down during Malibu wildfires in 2018, but Liam has started rebuilding in 2019.

Since Liam’s on and off girlfriend, Miley, purchased a mansion near the neighborhood, the media is eating it up.
